As if Africa didn't have enough issues, the average Congo household is now seeking to lower daily costs of living by throwing children out of the house onto the street, because the kids are apparently practicing witchcraft.
Don't you think the kids would use witchcraft on you if you threw them out? I know I would. And I wouldn't turn someone into a toad either. Who knows what I would do, probably give someone gout or the vapors.
